Download the application and Tradeshow Layout to get started. Complete the form and select your top three choices for booth space. Mail, fax or scan and email to the Mid-West Truckers Association, Inc. office. Someone from MTA will contact you to confirm booth space choice availability and make sure your questions and needs are answered.
STEP 2 – SPONSORSHIP & PROMOTION

STEP 3 – HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS
